Gabriella Hall Cowgirl Scene in Scandal (1997)

Gabriella Hall heats things up in this steamy scene from the cable series Scandal. A blonde in lingerie meets a man in a dark suit, and the action moves to a bedroom with a blue patterned bedspread. A long haired brunette climbs on top of a dark haired man and rides him slowly as they kiss. Soft lamplight and close ups of their faces make this a sultry nineties cable moment.
