Amy Adams Shower Scene in Nocturnal Animals (2016)

This moody scene from the thriller Nocturnal Animals opens in a dark shower washed in blue light, where a figure stands beneath the water with head bowed. It cuts to a warmly lit bedroom, where a dark haired man in a white shirt leans close to a woman lying in bed, his hand on her face. Shadows and tense close ups make this a haunting moment.
